Regulatory documents for the elevator laboratory

Imagine, dear friends and partners, the following situation.

You own a plot of land. You have hired a team of workers to cultivate this land, sow it and then harvest it. You have agreed with this team of workers on the level of wages, which you pay honestly and in full every month. You have purchased all consumables, machinery, and seeds at your expense. In short, you have invested money to get a harvest. But! When the time came for harvesting, the same team of workers told you that you could only get this crop for money. That is, you have to buy it. And they independently determined the prices of these products. And you, having heard the price of the products grown on your plot, agree and dutifully buy them without bargaining or resentment. Absurd, you say? It is not absurd at all! In Ukraine, there is no free access to the texts of regulatory documents (ДСТУ, ТУ, etc.). They cannot be read for free. But for money, of course, you can and everything is available.
