You expose yourself to fines if the scales do not have annual metrological verification, according to: Law of Ukraine "On Metrology and Metrological Activity" No. 1314-VII of 05.06.2014; Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection"; Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1177 of 08.17.2002; No. 833 of 06.15.2006; No. 185 of 03.06.2019; Orders of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine No. 344 of 07.08.97; No. 185 of 07.11.2003; Order No. 57/188/84/105 of 02.26.2002; Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
Important!
95% of the scales used in trading operations are not subject to verification, therefore, it is prohibited to use them.
