Description
The -5160 5-Part-Diff Automatic Hematology Analyzer performs a large volume of quantitative and qualitative blood tests. Automatically and accurately counts blood cells, differentiates white blood cells into 5 subpopulations, and measures the hemoglobin concentration in the blood.
The following methods of analysis are used during measurements:
1. Electrical impedance method: to determine the number and distribution of red blood cells and platelets;
2. Multi-angle laser scatter flow cytometry is used to determine the five subpopulations of leukocytes.
3. Colorimetric method: for the determination of hemoglobin content.
