A set of chemical reagents for vet-san examination of Meda

The kit is designed to determine the content of reducing sugars, sucrose, oxymethylfurfural, total acidity, amylase (diastase) activity, paddy, impurities of starch molasses, starch and flour according to the "Rules of veterinary and sanitary examination of honey and beekeeping products".

Composition of the set:

Copper sulfuric acid - 2 x 6.9 g

Sea salt - 2 x 34.6 g

Potassium iodide - 2 x 25 g (2 x 0.5 g)

Soluble starch - 25 g

Sodium sulfite (sodium thiosulfate) 0.1 mol/dm3 standard titer - 1 ampoule

Sodium hydroxide standard titer 0.1 mol/dm3 - 1 ampoule

Sodium hydroxide - 3 x 10 g

Phenolphthalein - 1 g

Resorcinol - 1 g

Sodium chloride - 0.58 g

Crystalline iodine - 2 x 0.25 g

Lead acetate - 12.5 g

Iodine 0.1 mol/dm3 solution - 10 ml

Methyl orange - 0.1 g

Barium chloride - 5 g

Tannin - 0.5 g
