Abrams cone (set)

It is a set of devices for detecting the mobility (consistency) of the concrete mixture, it accurately determines the plasticity of the freshly prepared concrete mixture containing porous and dense aggregates.

The following tests are carried out with its help:

• calculation of indicators of the diameter of cement (construction mortar) flow;

• calculation of the time for which the concrete mixture spreads in diameter;

• determination of the total time of the mixture spreading process, necessary to calculate the mobility of the concrete mass in accordance with the requirements and standards.

Made of galvanized steel. Equipped with two handles located at the upper base and supporting elements made in the form of metal strips fixed at the lower base.

The delivery set includes:

• Abrams cone, height of the product: 300 ± 2 mm / diameter of the upper base 100 ± 2 mm/lower 200 ± 2 mm;

• metal sheet (pallet) 500x500x60 mm with a handle;

• a spring made of galvanized steel;

• bayonet (galvanized steel: Ø16 x 600 mm);

• rubber hammer;

• steel ruler 300x1 mm;

• trowel (construction trowel) has a triangular shape and a convenient wooden handle, designed for leveling the solution;

• knife brush;

• aluminum scoop.
