Description
Intended for the determination of all types of oils and fats of animal and vegetable origin:
- acidity (FFA),
- peroxide number (PV),
- p-Anisidine number (AnV),
- dear,
- polyphenols (OSI),
- iodine number,
The result is automatically calculated, displayed and printed.
It has high sensitivity, a wide measurement range and excellent repeatability of results thanks to innovative photometric technology that uses LED light sources and a fixed wavelength in the range from ultraviolet to visible spectrum (with an optical density range from 0 to 6).
The results of the analysis are correlated with the results of control methods.
