Description
Designed for measuring the mass fraction of phospholipids in sunflower, corn, soybean, rapeseed and other oils in laboratory conditions and can be used for quality control of vegetable oils.
The measurement of the mass fraction of phospholipids is based on the dependence of the electrical conductivity of vegetable oil on the mass fraction of phospholipids in the oil. For this, the sensor is immersed in the analyzed medium (oil). The value of the mass fraction is displayed on the screen of the measuring unit.
The analyzer has the following operating modes:
- Measurement of mass fraction of phospholipids and oil temperature.
- Temperature measurement.
- Measurement of electrical conductivity.
- Resistance measurement
