Description
Ecological tests under control. Test booths are designed to simulate real-world environmental conditions by controlling temperature, humidity, and day-night light cycles. Thanks to their wide range of temperature and humidity control, different types of tests can be carried out in different industries. Stability, artificial aging and storage can also be easily tested.
To ensure maximum durability and reliability, appropriate materials were selected for the manufacture of products. The camera is made of stainless steel. The outer casing is made of galvanized steel with an epoxy coating to protect against high humidity. The lamps are located inside the door and are protected by a glass window. There are also internal glass doors that allow you to control the samples without disturbing the temperature and humidity regime inside the chambers.
Insulation becomes more important to product performance when it comes to low and high temperatures. It is made of injected high density polyurethane. Humidity is generated by a humidity generator and measured by a humidity sensor. The recovery time is fast and the humidity measurement is sensitive. The heating function is controlled by a PID controller, and the cooling and humidity are regulated by a proportional system. The convenient control panel includes a display with a resolution of 128x64 pixels.
A powerful air circulation system maintains uniformity of temperature, humidity and stability even at low temperatures. Directed air flow ensures quick recovery after opening the door. The modern control system is based on programmable microprocessor technology.
