Creatinine-100 with calibrated, deproteinized picric acid, endpoint

Principle of method. When creatinine interacts with picric acid in an alkaline medium, a complex is formed whose color intensity is proportional to the concentration of creatinine.

The kit uses the most specific method of determining creatinine by the Popper method with the use of the Jaffe reaction, in which the precipitation of proteins is achieved by picric acid itself.

Number of determinations: 100 (3 ml working solution/ 1 ml serum)

Sodium hydroxide solution 2.5 mol/L - 20 ml
Creatinine Calibration Solution 8.8 mmol/L - 10 ml
