Aquadistiller DE-10 


Description

Electric distiller DE-10 is designed for the production of distilled water in pharmacies, hospitals, various medical laboratories, where there is a need for distilled water.

The apparatus consists of an evaporation boiler, condenser with built-in separator and electric control unit. Operation is based on condensation of carefully separated steam. Tap water enters the evaporation boiler and is heated by electric heaters to boiling. The water level in the evaporation boiler is maintained automatically. The generated steam, passing through a number of separators, gets on the walls of the condenser, cooled from the outside by tap water and, condensing, flows out as distilled water. Control of water level in the evaporation boiler is carried out by an automatic device - level sensor, which in case of water level fall below the permissible level disconnects electric heaters from the network and prevents them from burning out. When the water level in the evaporation boiler drops, the aqua-distiller informs the personnel with a buzzer and a control lamp on the control unit. When the water supply is resumed and the evaporation boiler is refilled to the operating level, the unit goes into operation, without further intervention.

- Reduced energy and water consumption. Part of the heated water, after use in the condenser cooling circuit, goes to the evaporation boiler;

Distillers have passed a full cycle of tests and examinations of MOH of Ukraine, included in the register of medical equipment and approved for use in medical practice.

DE-10C distillation unit

Description

The electric bidistillator (distiller) DE-10S is designed to produce double distilled water of high purity level. It is used in pharmacies, hospitals, various medical laboratories, where there is a need for distilled water. The bidistillers implement the principle of double distillation. The distilled water obtained from the first circuit enters the evaporation boiler of the second circuit and is distilled again. The distilled water has improved physical and chemical properties.

The apparatus consists of two evaporation boilers, condensers with integrated separators and a common electric control unit. Operation is based on condensation of thoroughly separated steam. Tap water enters the evaporation boiler of the first circuit and is heated by electric heaters to boiling. The water level in the evaporation boiler is maintained automatically. The generated steam, passing through a number of separators, hits the walls of the condenser, cooled from the outside by tap water and, condensing, goes to distilled water. Further, the distilled water obtained fills the boiler in the second circuit. After filling the boiler of the second circuit to the working mark, electric heaters are switched on and the process of re-distillation (bidistillation) takes place. Control of the water level in the evaporation boilers is carried out by sensor level sensors separately for each circuit. If the water level in the evaporation boiler drops, the THEN is turned off automatically. When the water supply is resumed and the evaporation boiler is refilled to the operating level, the unit goes into operating condition, without additional intervention.
