Description
Convective type is designed for drying of products during determination of moisture content in grain, grain products, seeds of pulses and oilseeds, as well as other food products according to national and international standards
The method of determination of the mass fraction of moisture is thermogravimetric (air-heat), which is based on the measurement of the mass of the sample of analyzed substance before and after drying, followed by the calculation of the mass fraction of moisture.
Two independent temperature chambers with their own temperature controllers provide the possibility to perform independent measurements in two chambers with different temperatures with a maximum capacity of 24 sample boxes.
Four independent sections with their own timers, allowing up to four samples to be taken simultaneously
Convenient loading and unloading of blanks.
Audible alarm at the end of analysis.
Color coded display panel.
Stable temperature.
Unloading/loading of one section does not affect results in other sections.
Allows the measurement of moisture content in almost any product or material for which the thermogravimetric method is used.
Natural ventilation due to convective heating, ensures that no moving parts are required.
40% less energy consumption than a cabinet with forced ventilation
Class I protection against electric shock.
Overheat and restart protection.
Product resource for the first average repair is 10 thousand hours.
Product service life - at least 10 years.
The operating principle of the drying cabinet is based on convective drying of products under study due to the action of thermal mass-transfer processes.
Processes of heat and mass transfer with the surface of the drying chamber, heated to a given temperature.
The working temperature in each drying chamber is created by electric heaters located in the lower part of the cabinet, and maintenance of a stable set temperature is provided by high-precision thermoregulators.
In the high-temperature zone, the samples of the products under test are heated, the moisture is gradually evaporated from them and their weight is reduced. The air flow entering through the openings in the door and the exhaust pipes in the rear of the housing creates a draft due to convection, and the evaporated moisture is removed by the hot air flow through the exhaust pipes into the atmosphere.
