Dye according to Romanovsky (azure eosin)

Intended for staining microorganisms, cellular structures and tissues of various species, including blood, for studying by light microscopy.

The principle of staining is based on the chemical interaction of the cell components with the corresponding dyes - acidophilic formations are stained in shades of red, basophilic formations are stained in shades of purple to blue.

Dye composition: azure, eosin, methylene blue, methyl alcohol, glycerin.
