Description
The device can automatically count pelletized objects according to the user's settings.
With the help of an electromagnetic field, vibration is created which provokes the correct motion of the items.
Photoelectric transducers record the pulses in the circuit and transmit the data through a phase inversion shaping amplifier to the digital LED reading display. The photoelectric cells record each element into the computer memory. The software regulates the element counting process in accordance with the set parameters of the device.
Counting range - small to medium particle samples from 0.7 to 4 mm × 0.7 to 12 mm
Large sample particles from 3 to 10 × 3 to 12 mm
Counting accuracy - 2/1000 large and medium particles (depending on speed)
4/1000 of fine particles (depending on speed)
Counting speed - 1000/3 min
