Description
The set is intended for the analysis of milk (fat content, acidity, reductase test with methylene blue, determination of soda, starch impurities), cream, sour cream and cheese (fat content, acidity, determination of starch impurities), butter (fat content), according to GOST 5867 -90, DSTU 3662-97, GOST 9225-84, GOST 24065-80, GOST 3624-92.
Composition of the set:
Isoamyl alcohol - 2 bottles of 100 ml
Sodium hydroxide 0.1 mol/dm3, titer standard - 4 ampoules
Methylene blue - 2.5 g bottle.
Phenolphthalein - a bottle of 1 g.
Bromothymol blue water-soluble - 0.4g bottle
Mastidine - bottle of 100 ml
Potassium iodide - 2 vials of 1 g each
Crystalline iodine - 2 vials of 0.5 g
Rosalic acid (aurin) - 3 vials of 0.2 g
Cobalt sulfuric acid - a bottle of 2.5 g
Soluble starch - 2 bottles of 3 g each
Potassium iodide - 2 vials of 3 g each
Resazurin sodium salt - 2 bottles of 0.1 g
Benzene - bottle of 100 ml
Resorcinol - bottle of 0.4 g
Hydrogen peroxide (33%) - 20 ml bottle
