Description
Thermostats are designed for heating and tempering various biomaterials and samples in the working chamber for analyses and tests, which require a constant temperature for a certain period of time. Inside the temperature chamber is maintained at a highly stable temperature necessary for bacteriological, microbiological, sanitary-bacteriological, clinical, virological and biochemical studies and product quality control.
The principle of operation of the thermostats is based on the transfer of thermal energy from the heating elements to the heat transfer medium - air that circulates inside the chamber.
The high accuracy and uniformity of temperature distribution is due to the continuous circulation of air as well as temperature control in the working chamber and the automatic temperature control of electric heaters.
The stable temperature inside the cooking cabinet is maintained by a microprocessor control unit with digital temperature sensor and forced air circulation system.
A high-performance fan evenly distributes the air at the set temperature throughout the cooking cabinet.
Stability of the internal air temperature, independent of the effects of changing environmental conditions, is achieved through the use of efficient thermal insulation material between the casing and the working chamber.
The design of the casing provides a comfortable and safe temperature for the outside parts.
