Description

The laboratory thermostat is designed for heating and cooling various materials and samples in the working chamber, during analyzes and researches that require a constant temperature for a certain time.
Inside the working chamber, a highly stable temperature is maintained, necessary for carrying out bacteriological, microbiological, sanitary-bacteriological, clinical, virological and biochemical studies and for quality control of food products

The principle of operation is based on the transfer of thermal energy from the heating elements to the heat carrier — air that circulates inside the chamber of the medical thermostat. If the ambient temperature is higher than the temperature set in the chamber, the refrigerating unit of the thermostat is activated and cools the circulated air. High accuracy of maintenance and uniformity of temperature distribution is due to continuous air circulation, as well as temperature control in the working chamber and automatic temperature regulation of electric heaters or refrigerating unit.

Maintaining a stable air temperature inside the working chamber is carried out by a microprocessor control unit with a digital temperature sensor with a resolution of 0.1 °C and a forced air circulation system.

A high-performance fan evenly distributes air of a given temperature throughout the volume of the working chamber with a permissible deviation of no more than 1 °C at each of its points.

The stability of the internal air temperature, which does not depend on the effects of changing environmental conditions, is achieved thanks to the use of an effective thermal insulation material between the case and the working chamber. The design of the case ensures a comfortable and safe temperature of the external parts.
