AlAT-200 endpoint

Set of reagents for determination of alanine aminotransferase activity in blood serum.

Designed for quantitative determination of alanine aminotransferase activity in blood serum by the dinitrophenylhydrazine endpoint unified Reitman-Frenkel method.

Number of determinations: 200 (0.25 mL of substrate solution/0.05 mL of serum).

Kit contents:

ALAT substrate-buffer solution (phosphate buffer 0.1 mol/L; 2-oxoglutaric acid 2 mmol/L; DL-alanine 0.2 mol/L) - 50 ml.

2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine solution (1 mmol/L per 1 mol/L HCl) - 50 ml.

8 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution - 25 ml.

Sodium pyruvic acid calibration solution 2 mol/L - 3 ml.
