AsAT-200 endpoint

A set of reagents for determination of aspartate aminotransferase activity in blood serum.

Designed for quantitative determination of aspartataminotransferase activity in serum by the endpoint unified dinitrophenylhydrazine method of Reitman-Frenkel.

Number of determinations: 200 (0.25 mL of substrate solution/0.05 mL of serum).

Kit composition:

AsAT substrate-buffer solution (phosphate buffer 0.1 mol/L; 2-oxoglutaric acid 2 mmol/L; DL-aspartic acid 0.2 mol/L) - 50 ml.

2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine solution (1 mmol/L per 1 mol/L HCl) - 50 ml.

8 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution - 25 ml.

Sodium pyruvic acid calibration solution 2 mol/L - 3 ml.
