Description
Set of reagents for determination of glucose concentration in biological fluids by glucose oxidase method.
Principle of the method: Glucose in the presence of the enzyme glucose oxidase is oxidized by air oxygen with the formation of hydrogen peroxide during the reaction. Hydrogen peroxide oxidizes chromogen, turning it into a colored compound. The intensity of the staining is proportional to the concentration of glucose in the sample.
Number of determinations: 100 ((1+1) ml working solution/ 0.01 ml sample)
Volume of working solution (total): 200 ml (100 ml + 100 ml)
Composition of the kit:
Enzyme reagent mixture (GOD, POD, phosphate buffer. 4-aminoantipyrine) - 1 g.
10 mMol/L phenol solution - 2 ml.
Stabilizer solution - 2 ml.
Glucose calibration solution 10 mMol/L - 3 ml.
Additionally supplied with anticoagulant for the preparation of 250 ml solution.
